Is there free shipping? 
Yes! Free shipping on all orders $150+ before taxes (CAD) & $175 (USD)
My product arrived and I found something wrong with my pieces, now what?
Please send us a email asap if you opened your order and found a defect. Please email customersupport@okema.ca
Tags must be attached for defect to be valid!
 
I'd like to exchange for a different size/colour, what do I do?
For us to properly do an exchange the tag must be attached.
Because our sizing of each item is properly displayed on our website it is at your discretion to read and determine your proper size. We do understand that changes you would still like to exchange items sometimes. You will mail your item that you want exchanged back to us. Once we receive it we will send your desired size/style back to you at no extra cost.

I just ordered, how long until it arrives?
Once you place your order it will be packed and shipped in 1-3 business days. Arrival will depend on Canada Post shipping times + efficiencies. Holidays may effect Canada Post expected deliveries. There will be a tracking number with each order, if you do not see it in your emails please check your spam folder. If you do not receive your order within 15 business days of your order please send us an email so we can help you.
